Moulya Dinnerware

Production Process

Our manufacturing facility follows strict Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and is equipped with advanced cleaning, grinding, blending, and packaging systems to maintain the natural aroma, color, and flavor of each spice. We believe in full transparency and traceability — every batch of spice can be traced back to its source, ensuring complete confidence in product integrity

Sourcing-From Trusted Farmers

We procure raw materials directly from certified farms and reliable suppliers across India’s spice-growing regions — Kerala, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, and Madhya Pradesh. Each batch is visually inspected and tested for moisture content, aroma, and color before acceptance.

Cleaning & Grading – Removing Impurities

Using advanced destoners, sieves, and air classifiers, we remove dust, stones, stems, and foreign particles. Spices are then graded for size, color, and uniformity – ensuring that only the finest quality raw materials move forward.

Roasting - Enhancing Aroma & Shelf Life

Selective spices such as coriander, cumin, and dry chili are gently roasted to enhance their natural aroma and flavor stability, while maintaining nutritional integrity.

Grinding & Blending-Controlled Particle Size

Raw spices are processed in two-stage pulverizers and cool grinding systems to preserve natural oils and color. Custom blending machines ensure consistent flavor profiles in every batch of spice powder or masala mix.

Packaging - Freshness Sealed Inside

Spices are packed in food-grade laminated pouches, PET jars, or bulk export sacks using automatic weighing and sealing machines. All packs are nitrogen-flushed and sealed to retain aroma, freshness, and taste.

Final Quality Check & Traceability

Before dispatch, every batch undergoes:
  • Visual inspection
  • Lab testing (color, aroma, moisture, microbiological tests)
  • Label verification
  • Batch coding and traceability tagging
All records are documented for complete product traceability – from farm lot number to export invoice.

Dispatch & Logistics

Once approved, finished goods are safely palletized and loaded for domestic distribution or export shipment, supported by:
  • Fumigation certificates
  • Phytosanitary documentation
  • Customs and export clearances
