Inspired by the potential for eco-friendly disposable tableware, I established our palm leaf manufacturing unit. Starting with a modest 1,100 sq ft area,
we operated with just three manual machines. Despite our humble beginnings, our passion for sustainability and quality drove us to create high-standard products.
Our initial focus was on perfecting the production process, ensuring that every plate and bowl met rigorous standards of durability and aesthetics.
Upgraded our facility with 2 hydraulic manufacturing machines and obtained an export license.
This significant investment in advanced technology allowed us to increase our production capacity and efficiency, meeting the growing demand for our products.
Made our first direct export to Canada. This milestone marked our entry into the international market, showcasing the global appeal and quality of our palm leaf tableware.
With the trust, support, and guidance from Mr. Motiv and Mr. Ohad of AMS Disposables Dishes Ltd., Israel,
we exported 18 million pieces of palm leaf plates, bowls, and 87+ various shapes and sizes of products, achieving a turnover of 1 million USD.
Their partnership was instrumental in scaling our operations and expanding our product range.
Expanded to a 21,000 sq ft area, employing 67+ experienced and skilled workers. We now export our products to Israel, the USA, Canada, and Germany.
This expansion has enabled us to meet increasing demand while maintaining our commitment to quality and sustainability.
